Emily Armstrong

Emily Armstrong is an accomplished volleyball player and coach, boasting an impressive career that includes being a 4-time OVA and National Champion and a 2-time National MVP with Durham Attack Volleyball Club. As an athlete at Brock University, she was named a 2nd team OUA All-Star and led her team to a 2nd place finish in the OUA. Emily transitioned into coaching, winning an OUA Championship as an Assistant Coach with Brock University. She is currently furthering her coaching career as an Assistant Coach at York University.
