Terms and Conditions for Pro Bound Athletics
Welcome to Pro Bound Athletics! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and programs. By using or accessing the Pro Bound Athletics website (the “Website”) and any services we provide, including but not limited to athletic training, events, memberships, or merchandise (collectively referred to as “Services”), you agree to abide by these Terms. We may modify these Terms at any time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

You must be at least 9 years old to use our services. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use our services with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

No Refunds for services that are cancelled and/or missed by participants will be given. Refunds are only provided if a written request via email has been sent at least 48 hours prior to your training session. If you wish to cancel or modify a service or membership, please contact us directly at proboundathletics@gmail.com.

All content on our Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and other materials (the “Content”), is owned by or licensed to Pro Bound Athletics and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
